Jeff, you made fun of me on the last bike tour for having a handlebar bag. I loved my handlebar bag, and look whos laughing now! Also, you are lucky that kind people have already taken you under their wing, I think you will find it to be a more frequent event travelling just the two of you.
I hope you guys are well, looks like you've had a great start. Good luck, wish I was out there with you guys.
